Ticket Exchange How-To

If you can't make it to a show, never fear! One of the many benefits of being a subscriber is our Subscriber Ticket Exchange. And it's done in two easy steps!

  1. Call the box office at 973-334-9320 or email us at boxoffice@barntheatre.org and leave us a message saying you're doing an exchange. (Make sure you also leave your name and show date you're changing from and the new date you want!)

  1. Go to our online ticketing page and click the link for exchanges; and using the code from your ticket, you can pick your own day and seats!

REMINDERS

  1. We cannot exchange tickets on the day of your performance or after your performance has passed.
  2. We cannot exchange tickets from one play to another.

Please be aware that exchanges are subject to availability, but we will make every effort to provide you with comparable seats.
